Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange Policy

Customers can request an exchange for an eligible product through the My Orders section of their account.

Exchange requests are reviewed by our team before the exchange process begins.

Exchange Eligibility

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product should be returned with its original packaging and tags, where applicable.
• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
• Products showing signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration may not be eligible for exchange.

Size Exchange

If you need a different size, you can submit an exchange request for an available size through your order.

The requested replacement size is subject to availability at the time the exchange is processed.

Exchange Process

1. Log in to your Eleganza by Mittali account.
2. Open My Orders.
3. Select the eligible delivered order.
4. Submit an exchange request and select the required size.
5. Our team will review and approve the request.
6. A pickup may be arranged for the original product.
7. Once the returned product is received and processed, the replacement product will be dispatched.

Non-Eligible Products

Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without the required original packaging may not be accepted for exchange.

Return Policy

Orders are generally processed specifically for the customer. Therefore, returns are not available unless the order qualifies under our applicable return or refund conditions.

Product Inspection

All exchanged products may be inspected after they are received. The exchange will be completed only if the product meets the applicable exchange conditions.
